Painted Pony Equine Service
Dr. Lisa VandeBerg grew up with horses and showed in halter and English and Western pleasure in 4-H, open and Quarter horse shows in Wisconsin and Minnesota. She has a B.S. in Biology from UW-River Falls and earned her veterinary degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992.
She completed a year long internship in equine medicine and surgery at Kansas State University in 1993. From 1993 to 2000, she worked in a mixed animal practice in Ironwood, MI, and returned to her hometown of Menomonie, WI, in 2000 to work at a small animal practice.
In 2002, she started Painted Pony Equine Service, an ambulatory practice which has an equine focus (of course!) and also provides select small animal services. Her main interests are dentistry, lameness and medicine.
